Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Business
Partner to support its global Engineering, Product, and Design
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner and consultant to senior leaders in the
EPD organization
Drive initiatives to enhance employee performance, engagement, and
retention
Lead project management and execution of critical People programs
such as performance reviews and talent planning
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced
environment
Experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Design teams is
strongly preferred
Strong expertise in HR practices and knowledge of emerging
trends
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into
people initiatives
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
