Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Relations Manager to manage
third-party program relationships and performance management
standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage direct account responsibilities, including scheduling
meetings and documentation
Share monthly SLA performance dashboards and address performance
issues with delegated entities
Oversee special projects and ensure accurate and timely payments
for care management services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public
Administration, or related field
Five plus years of experience in healthcare account management or
working with primary care providers
Ability to present to executive-level teams at delegated
entities
