Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Director with expertise in US,
international, and indirect taxation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of tax provisions and ensure compliance
with ASC 740
Manage federal, state, and international tax return filings and
compliance
Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the company's effective
tax rate
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax; master's degree
preferred
CPA certification is required
15+ years of experience in tax, focusing on US income tax,
international taxes, and indirect taxes
Strong knowledge of U.S. and global tax regulations, including
cross-border transactions
Experience managing tax provisions and financial statement
disclosures in accordance with ASC 740
