Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Program Manager to
lead the Client Service Manager team and improve operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the Client Service Manager
team
Analyze and identify operational gaps, implementing solutions for
improvement
Conduct weekly meetings to review performance and promote
collaboration
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading client support staff in benefit
administration
Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau,
or PowerBI
Experience with Service Now is preferred
Track record of executing large-scale business initiatives
Strong leadership and management skills
