Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Program Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Optimize hospital and professional revenue by identifying revenue
leakage and ensuring compliance in charging and billing
practices
Conduct education and training for clinical staff on coding
conventions and charge capture processes
Lead projects to improve revenue capture and increase efficiencies
within the revenue cycle
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited
institution
Five years of progressively responsible work experience in revenue
cycle operations
Proficient knowledge of hospital and professional revenue cycle
operations
Current knowledge of coding conventions and third-party payer rules
and regulations
Preferred certifications include COC, CPC-H, CCS, CPC, CCSP, RHIT,
or RHIA
