Job Description:
A company is looking for a Card Solutions Support and
Implementation Manager to oversee the support and implementation
team for small business and commercial card programs.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate and direct support tasks, monitor project progress, and
manage client support requests
Oversee administrative tasks and manage internal and external
escalations to improve service methods
Ensure high service standards and assist in audit and quality
control requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or
equivalent experience required
7-10 years of customer service experience in financial services
required
5-7 years of experience within the credit card industry
preferred
3-5 years of leadership experience required
