Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Workforce Management
Administrator to manage and resolve technical issues related to
Workforce Management Software and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely solutions for
support tickets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and
enhance system performance
Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions, and provide user
training
Required Qualifications
College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting,
solutions architecture, or system management
Experience with ITSM tools, such as Ivanti
Knowledge of cloud services, including Azure AD and Intune
Familiarity with BI applications like PowerBI and Tableau
