A company is looking for a Head of Consumer Product & Retail
Distribution Monitoring & Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Business Line Relationship Managers and act as a
conduit between Consumer Bank businesses and centralized governance
units
Provide trusted advice on risks and issues while ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements
Drive an integrated risk management program and culture across
Consumer, Consumer Distribution, and Wealth businesses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of related experience in the banking or financial
services industry
Solid understanding of Consumer Bank Products and Channels
Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to manage
high-performing teams
Expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance
