Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Operations Manager to oversee
the operational health of their Care business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain operational performance reports for the Care
business
Lead the execution of strategic projects and ensure alignment with
business objectives
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related
field
7+ years of experience in Healthcare Management or a related
field
Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare or
customer service environment
Experience in managing complex projects and working
cross-functionally
Advanced degrees such as MPH, MHA, or MBA in Healthcare Management
are a plus
