Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide
technical support and ensure efficient operation of systems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for team members across
software, hardware, and network systems
Track and manage IT equipment inventory, including provisioning and
deprovisioning as needed
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees,
configuring laptops, accounts, and permissions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role,
preferably with remote teams
Strong knowledge of macOS and mobile operating systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Proven ability to manage multiple support requests
simultaneously
Experience documenting solutions and contributing to knowledge base
resources
