Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training & Education Consultant to
support the development and success of participants in a national
training program.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with field leadership to deliver the national training
experience
Facilitate foundational training program sessions and support
ongoing learner development
Collaborate with the National Training team to evolve and maintain
the training experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, adult education, communications, or
marketing, or equivalent experience
Three or more years of experience developing and delivering
training programs
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet aggressive
deadlines
Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills
Experience working effectively with individuals at all levels of an
organization
