Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, SEC Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the drafting and preparation of periodic SEC filings and
other public documents
Assist with technical accounting research and analysis of
accounting matters
Collaborate with FP&A to prepare commentary related to
management inquiries and budget variances
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial accounting, SEC
reporting, or public accounting
CPA and Big Four/National Accounting Firm experience highly
preferred
Demonstrated career progression in the field
Ability to work independently with limited direction
