Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and work cross-functionally with various other teams (Accounting, Financial Planning, Forecasting/Budgeting, Marketing, Sales, Operations) by developing and maintaining performance reporting, measurement tools, and key performance indicators
• Collect and analyze raw data utilizing SQL or related DBA skills to deliver executive-level qualitative and/or quantitative reports
• Assist department manager to manage the portfolio of KPI and Key Metric reports, and maintain/run the processes which feed those reports
• Ensure the timely distribution of reports, work to automate processes where possible, and troubleshoot to proactively identify and rectify issues
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data gathering/mining and other special projects as necessary
• Develop new interactive KPI Dashboards utilizing Tableau
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of related operational and/or financial reporting, data mining and analysis experience
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Strong knowledge of SQL coding and data retrieval, and Microsoft and Google suite of services
    • Results driven and able to strike the right balance between detail orientation and grasping the big picture
    • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Great work ethic and willingness to continually improve
    • Snowflake, Tableau, Power Pivot, Power BI, and previous Wireless Industry experience is a plus

      Salary Ranges
      
      Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

      The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
