Job Description:

A company is looking for an Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Quality Review & Audit Sr. Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor chart retrieval activities and analyze barriers to retrieval
Perform outreach to provider offices for record requests and deficiencies
Conduct quality audits on vendor chart records and related requirements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
Knowledge of medical records and basic medical terminology
Experience with HCC coding preferred but not required
General understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
