Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lab Billing & Compliance Specialist
to oversee billing and coding compliance within the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
Perform billing and coding compliance audits and ensure adherence
to regulatory guidelines
Maintain laboratory billing policies and manage billing work
queues
Resolve client billing inquiries and assist in preparing outreach
client contracts
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required
3 years of laboratory experience required
No specific licenses or certifications required
Knowledge of DRG/OPPS payment systems and laboratory billing
processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
