Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager, M&A who will
lead financial due diligence for transactions across the health
system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and capital
projects
Provide expert advice on financial modeling and accounting
impacts
Coordinate post-transaction support and monitor the value
proposition of each transaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial
reporting and audits
Experience with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and
v-lookups
1+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
Application (preferred)
