The Construction Estimator will determine the total cost of a project by validating the project's scope of work in a Colorado Springs based role.This position is intended to provide opportunity for growth into a Preconstruction Manager position. Description Job Description for the Construction Estimator

• Review plans and specifications to define proposal requirements
• Attend jobsite visits to determine project requirements
• Prepare solicitation of subcontractors and suppliers for bid proposals
• Prepare quantity takeoffs
• Receive and review subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Prepare and share detailed estimates with the team. Revise as necessary
• Work directly with clients to define project requirements Profile Construction Estimator must have the following:
  • Experience in architecture or commercial construction
  • Experience with software including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit, On-Screen Takeoff, Asta Powerproject, or Agtek is preferred
  • Construction management degree or similar This is a Colorado Springs based opportunity. Job Offer Competitive salary & bonus commensurate with experience
    • Base salary $85,000-125,000
